Puget Sound for Surf & White-Winged Scoters, Old Squaw, and Common & Barrows Goldeneye are by special request only.
They are generally limited to a week day (weather permitting) and an added fee is required over and above membership fees.
Harlequin Ducks are on a limited permit draw basis in Washington.
